If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email felafelastudio@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item or size, please contact me at jewelsfedra@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item for you, and the shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by me.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately to arrange a return or exchange. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. Sometimes, we may request photos of the damaged or defective item to help us process your request more quickly.
